About the Role:
The Impact & ESG Analyst will support the firm’s impact measurement, ESG reporting, and investment analysis functions.
This is a hybrid role blending:
- Data and ESG analytics
- Investment research
- Portfolio monitoring
- Reporting and stakeholder engagement
You are helping prove whether “impact investing” is actually delivering measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Impact & ESG Management
- Manage ESG and impact processes aligned with internal policies
- Track and monitor portfolio impact performance
- Engage directly with portfolio companies for data collection
Research & Investment Support
- Research fintech innovation and financial inclusion trends
- Support investment memos and internal recommendations
- Contribute to investment thesis development
Reporting & Content
- Build and maintain ESG and impact reporting pipelines
- Support investor and stakeholder reporting materials
- Synthesize findings into clear analytical outputs
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work across global teams (US, Latin America, Europe)
- Support cross-functional reporting and engagement
- Occasionally engage with portfolio companies directly
Who They’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years experience in ESG, impact investing, or fintech
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Interest in financial inclusion and development finance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
